Questions? How do you produce your own water? Are you able to combine hydrogen with 2 molecules of oxygen? Most likely, no. Are you storing snow? No. You are probably taking water from a well/aquifer. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 33132554 I'd like to know how to test water of pesticides, both chemical and organic. Major problem in Mexico. There are a lot of different products you can purchase for that. I condense and filter the water. My system removes everything, even radiologicals and virii |

How many years did it take you from start to now? I want to do this so badly. |

Questions? yea, but i was wondering whether OP is all right in the head or whether he distances himself from society. I distance myself, I personally think that those who are obsessed with television and acquisition of needless items are the ones who are "not right in the head" however, to each their own! If materialism makes you happy, more power to you man! It's just not my bag. |

Figure out what you can MAKE and then sell it or offer your services. I sold my power generation devices and I get residual income by maintaining various other people's aquaponics systems that I set up for them. It took me only 2 years to save what I needed and one year to put it all together. Its still a work in progress, and hope it will always be! |

Questions? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35385278 Which kind? I thought most of these don't work very well. :) The masonry ones dont work very well. The system I have is pretty much a converted dehumidifier with a hard core filtration system. Like the Ecolo-blu systems they sell for thousands. So how are you getting internet? |

I have no need for money really. |

" fuck yes. Dont believe every one our age is a corporate product! Questions? I decided to start this thread as the Baby-Boomers seem to define "success" as the amount of crappy chinese made shit you have, and a number on a computer screen that represents your worth to society, and slaving away to pay off a mortgage and debt. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35385278 I reject that notion, and would like to present what I believe to be true success. I purchased unincorporated land with just over $100.00 in annual property taxes. I constructed my own abode using various shipping containers. I power my own systems with vertical wind turbines (self-built) solar Fresnel concentrators, and a waterwheel that is gravity fed from my raincatcher. I grow my own food using a closed-cycle aquaponics system that includes tilapia and quail for protein, and 50 different veggies that are grown year round under LED lighting in a climate controlled container setup. I produce my own water through rain harvesting, and a large scale "air-well" I have everything I need, and all the modern comforts, but never have to work a day for the rest of my life. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. POST SOME PIC'S PLEASE! |

Questions? Well, according to this thread there are at least a few people that care. :) Not everyone wants to be a debt-slave to a bunch of cheaply made Chinese products, and a house they could have built better with their own hands for far cheaper... |

Questions? I sure do love those little buggars! (although the are not really a separate particle, merely the outer toroid shell of collapsing aether that concentrates into what we call "matter") Tesla fan. Far out. You "see" the energy before you and take it as you need it. Who needs money when you got that? |
