HAARP readings midwest storm

I'm new to GPL and will probably be shilled for this.

My area is experiencing storms like we generally don't see. Our weather man just said "Isolated storms like this are not seen in this area, they are more common in Oaklahoma." WE are seeing storms with 100+ mph winds and this storm apparently moved over water. Funnel clouds were sighted etc etc. Lots of scary news talk about tornados (which again is less common for our region- thunderstorms yes- funnel clouds and tornados- no). Talk on the televisoin of "strong and large tornados- of just one cell" Strikes me as kinda odd.

SO- I went to check the HAARP readings simply because I wanted to check it out. My area and the area of this storm was very red. I have a rudimentary understanding of HAARP, I think considering the articles I've read that the weather modification is plausible (with further reading required).

Since storms like this are unlikely for our area- I was wondering if someone with a further grasp on HAARP could shed further light for me.
