Hey I spotted the same thing around 23h30 eastern time. it looked like a shooting star falling really slowy and it blimped 3 times. It was the same light than this one. I live near Montreal Quebec, Canada.

In the top video of the two here...when they zoom in...you can see a distinct afterburner/exhaust trail....it can be seen in your first posted vid as well.

The one I spotted during my break while smoking a smoke was falling to the east, and blimp 3 times a few seconds on an interval of 3 minutes approx. Thought it was some kind warning of some sorts. It wasn't a plane, it really looked like a falling object flying in slow motion, ...almost burning down at some intervals.
