Like every bank does...and the only thing they get is fines when they are exposed (the banks)...

White collar criminals, the worst of them all.

This is why I tell everyone I know, that they're just plain idiots for putting THEIR money into a bank.

Why can't people understand this? I haven't used a bank now in over 12 years.

It's amazing how much money Governments and Banks make from drugs. This is why they want "total control" over drugs. They want their share of the money.

And only paying you a measly % on your savings account...

I'm with that.

But I'm not real impressed with Mr. Cruz in the first four minutes of the video; enough about his hard-luck abusive childhood already. That and his Jersey accent are undermining his credibility out of the gate.

The next thing you'll be tellin me is that the reason the feds are prosecuting the MJ clinics is to protect the drug laundering profits of the tbtj/tbtf banksters and not to collapse the world financial system which runs on illegal drug money

20 to 1 PE levers drug money 20 times via stock of receiving publicly traded company. HSBC essentially becomes an inside trader if they know what companies quarterly report the drug money will show up in.

Didn't this happen like two years ago? If I'm not mistaken, HSBC (which is a very evil organization by the way) has already received their slap on the wrist.

this is a good point. the money is basically toilet paper, and people stuck working within the military-industrial complex are just cogs in the wheel. tehy have no real power. why not come forward and show information which could take down a major player in the field?

I mean... here's hoping HSBC goes under along with all the other mega-banks

In return for being spared prosecution, HSBC said it would continue to strengthen its compliance policies and procedures. “The HSBC of today is a fundamentally different organization from the one that made those mistakes,” said HSBC’s Gulliver. “Over the last two years, under new senior leadership, we have been taking concrete steps to put right what went wrong and to participate actively with government authorities in bringing to light and addressing these matters.”
Last summer, a Senate investigation concluded that HSBC’s lax controls exposed it to money laundering and terrorist financing.
