Boxers - they're more versatile. I wouldn't wear briefs around the house, but boxers double as outerwear shorts.

Yes, objectively, a thread about underwear preferences is better than yet another "I had a weird dream which means the world is ending" or "I'm so mad that minorities dare to exist" thread.
