ABSTRACT

It is argued using a conservative approach to interstellar travel that intelligent extraterrestrials (ET’s) may be present in our solar system, living in world ships that have colonized cometary or asteroidal objects during the last billion years. The originating star systems for these advanced beings could be solar-type stars that fortuitously approach our Sun within a light year or so at intervals of about a million years or nearby stars that have left the main sequence, prompting interstellar migration. If we are indeed within such a “Dyson Sphere” of artificial worldlets, we could detect their presence through astronomical means since a space habitat will emit more infrared radiation than a like-sized comet or asteroid. Interestingly, several Kuiper-Belt objects have recently been found to have an unexpected and substantial red excess. It is argued that, in opposition to the assumptions of current SETI searches, the very advanced occupants of this possible local Dyson Sphere may have as little interest in beaming radio signals in our direction as we do in communicating with termites. A research program is proposed whereby large and small college observatories would routinely monitor the spectral irradiances of Near Earth and Kuiper Belt objects while a concurrent theoretical effort models the spectral characteristics of various proposed space habitats. Much of the observational work, at least, could be dovetailed with projects designed to detect Near-Earth Objects (NEO’s) that might impact Earth in the future. Possible strategies and protocols for direct contact, requiring humans to be the active contactees are presented to be considered for use if such intelligent ET’s are discovered within our solar system

They are not all green. Some of them are tannish, some are golden brown. They are a very noble, ancient race. They started visiting me when I was 5 years old and have been back to visit several times in my adulthood. They are considered a type of intellectual nobility. Think of someone with the manners and deportment of David Niven. That is exactly what they are like. Gaining knowledge seems to be their forte.

It is indeed remarkable. I'm surprised I haven't heard of him, Simon Parkes, now that I see all the interviews of him on youtube, including a Project Avalon piece.

He shares much of his views of different alien races, and the reptilian agenda, in many other videos to be found on youtube. Interesting, from the perspective of a specific 4D race, I'd say.


In this video from early 2013, he claims that the Hadron Collider/CERN on Swiss/French border is actually US owned, and we spent $4 billion to build it. He says you don't spend that kind of money for no good reason, and that its true purpose is for the Anunnaki, or "Anu" he calls them, to maintain a portal between this world and another. He says it was set to be active between Dec 17 and Dec 22, 2012.

However, he says he and some others (?) wanted to disrupt and take this plan offline. And he claims this is indeed what happened--the device did not activate as planned. (He says you can research this episode online.)

“They” are now panicking, wanting to build another by 2015. Parkes says by 2016 portals will no longer be able to be built, because we will be too far from Galactic Center at that point. After that, this ancient portal will be closed, trapping the remaining Anunnaki (Reptilians?) here, and reinforcements and replacements brought in from other realms will no longer be possible.

As of the time of this interview, he says a false flag alien invasion is still planned, which would facilitate the acceptance of a one world government. RFID chip implanting would follow.

He says this is the current plan, though things of course change. He mentions that 20 or 30 years ago, the plan was to wipe out two or three billion people, but with the advent of technology, this is not necessary, as an RFID chip makes humanity quite manageable.

He says much of the fate of things is in the hands of U.S. Will the military shoot on its own people, once private firearms are removed from the citizens, if indeed guns are successfully removed from circulation as part of the plan? Parkes claims there will be even more overt actions.


He says if TPTB don't get this plan together by 2015, they can't pull it off. It will be too late.
