The part about the Federal Reserve Charter expiring is not true. This alleged "fact" is continually perpetuated on the internet, in falsity. Why, I have not clue. Here is a copy of the current US Code as it relates to the FRB.

"12 U.S.C. Sec. 341 General enumeration of powers

Upon the filing of the organization certificate with the Comptroller of the Currency a Federal reserve bank shall become a body corporate and as such, and in the name designated in such organization certificate, shall have power—

First. To adopt and use a corporate seal.

Second. To have succession after February 25, 1927, until dissolved by Act of Congress or until forfeiture of franchise for violation of law.

Third. To make contracts.

Fourth. To sue and be sued, complain and defend, in any court of law or equity...."


There is no 'expiration' of a charter. Only Congress can dissolve the Fed. (or it violates the law in some manner)

The statement then, that the charter will expire, makes me believe the 'reporter' didn't check his or facts, and therefore leaves the rest of the allegations is serious doubt.

There's a problem though. That knowledge wouldn't get Obama fired. It would only make him more of a hero. Society would be blamed for forcing a competent woman to dress as a man in order to get the job she's otherwise qualified for. Hillary would be a key witness for that argument.

Sorry, Obama wins either way. I'm not happy to say it, but it's true. He's got all the cards on the table, plus mutliple aces in the hole.
