Is the Illuminati after me?

It all begins after high school. I was best friends with a guy from freshmen year till senior year, we had some run ups and things went wrong and we went our separate ways. Well after graduation I noticed he got a tattoo of an eyeball (third eye). Well into the Summer my friend that moved away came back and we began being friends again. He begins talking about the illuminati. I've always been sketchy about his family because his dad is REALLY rich but he never works? Supposedly he's helped with political leaders and so on. Well, summer comes to an end and he just stops talking to me for no reason. I'm starting to see a pattern of friends like this. What is going on? Is the illuminati out to get me or try to make my life hell or what? Please help
