Why does everbody hate liver!?

You just made eating it sound even grosser, never tried it myself but can't imagine I'd enjoy it

When I was small we had a housekeeper who came every Thursday. She would make delicious liver and mashed potatoes. She would pan fry the liver, place it in a baking dish with onions, green pepper slices, tomato sauce, water, butter, salt, and pepper. The liver was covered and baked all afternoon. When it was served at dinner the meat would fall apart. Probably have not eaten liver in the past fifteen years. This makes me want to make some tomorrow!

I'm sure geese and ducks are happy to have their lives
