The only thing "CREEPY" is the fact that you're linking us to this video of a couple of young girls dancing provocatively. Notice the way the camera view zooms during the video... it appears to be one of those auto-follow cameras. That or the zooming was done in edit (so why wouldn't the "shadow" be done in edit too, geniuses?) Auto-follow cameras make all kinds optical weirdness happen.
