MUFON should come up with an explanation rather quickly I would think. Wonder if there was something above the camera that could cause a water drop to collect on the camera lens. If there was rain or heavy moisture in the air that night, it would have been ruled out quickly I would think as a water droplet. My first impression was lens flare or something with the camera and a reflection of some kind, but the water droplet seems most probable. ..............................
