Yes I remember that story too. Since then Putin has made oil deals but perhaps not only as a bribe from Saudis. I don't know what the man is thinking.

We are floating in oil here in the mid-west USA. I can't GIVE the shit away... shut down two wells last month because there is no way to transport it out -- so much oil in the system that the spot well head prices are dropping... $25 below published price... still can't get out of the tank.
