A war needs hearts and minds. In order to keep the hearts and minds they need to keep some semblance of justification. They can't impose a one world currency on their enemies if their "enemies" refuse to fight.

Hell, the reason why the US, UN or EU doesn't intervene in China or Russia over human rights violations is because they don't dare break up the economic symbiosis.

It is because they are too big to be bullied plus we do not really care about human rights, and money is a big part.

If we go to war with any country that is part of the globalized society we risk financial ruin in our own country.
