I told them to write something down, put it somewhere they know I can't get to, but to tell me where it is. I'm gonna go read it and tell them what it says. I appreciate any advice very much!

That's a great idea! I'll try that. Also, I sleep on my side all the time. Yesterday, when I felt the sleep paralysis kick in, I turned to my back because I heard it's easier to project that way. It worked, then I saw my arms and had more fear. I usually take sleeping pills to go to sleep, yesterday I was sick and took some antihistimine that had caffeine in it, I think that had me awake yet my body was tired. I'm not suggesting taking anything to feel the effect, I'm just giving in depth detail of how it happened to me. oh man! if i could see my astral when SP was happening i would be RELIEVED! i would understand what was happening and could really do some things.:D from my experiences, i dont equate SP with astral traveling AT ALL. i am not convinced they are the same thing. it doesnt HURT to astral travel.
