"Target Earth" aired 9-13-2013 on history channel. WTF?

I recorded it and watching it again. It starts off talking about various UFO sightings then goes into are "they" aliens malicious. shows somes seens from Battlefield: los Angeles.

then it goes on to asteroids and comets. and how they could impact earth or disrupt earths electronics, etc..
shows the asteroid that hit russia. very current.

talks about kepler and other space searching satillites.

then goes into why would an alien invade earth for resources gold , etc...

then it goes into various attacks like cyber, viral, bacterial, weather control, almost everything we talk about here on glp.

I watched it yesterday too.

it also talks about all the tech out there now and how they can be used to threaten the earth. shows seens from that combat robot DARPA's building, cyborg insects.

It really emphasizes natural disasters that are controlled. big section of the documentary was about weather, earthquakes, hurricane sandy, really showing lots of very recent stuff.

what did you think?

More current version of the tons of other shows they have aired like this....nothing too special.

Yep, several of our conpiracy theories will turn out to be true but keep in mind that GLP is 99% disinfo and it's done purposely to confuse the reader and to discredit any thread with credible or reliable information. Use discernment to navigate through the loads of BS in order to find the few gems of truth.

it is very current with new animations and recent events that were caught on video. but it gives so much info on what we are capable of like they want us to think it will come from space but it will be from somewhere here.

I too watched this last night and felt they were really leaning on the EMP and weather control as a red flag event more than the rest of the content.

I spoke with the inventor of the cooling tower process shown. caught up with him last year on a weather blog during Sandy. It was his patent idea they showed. really smart guy with a simple solution to cold water infusion to suppress storms.

It was weird. made me really think False Flag is coming.

I watched it, and thought--these are all the things they're already doing/planning to do. When they talked about creating cyborg soldiers and slaves, it creeped me out. Those scientists were psychopathically gleeful about it all. They kept saying "this is what aliens might do." I figured it was more them telling us their agenda, so they can say we were warned.

Yes, that was badly phrased from my end. I agree with you.

I saw it and thought a few things.
1) The faces were new with the exception of Pope and a couple of others some of these guys headed up agencies I've never even heard of.
2) Most of what they theorized IS what we discuss on here and was sort of 'ho-hum' to me.
3) The last theory made the hair on my neck stand up and I actually yelled at the TV, "WTF?" I have NEVER seen a show actually come out and say that the ultimate way aliens could take over would be to cause global chaos on our planet: financial collapse, war, whatever. Then they walk in and take over when Earth is vulnerable. They even suggested they may already be here orchestrating it! So that when they take over, humans will be so weary we will WILLINGLY SUBMIT TO THEM! This show SAID IT! Showed OBAMA AND PUTIN sitting there...it just...it was nuts! The narrator said something like, "we had better be thinking about how we would defend against such an attack" I nearly shat myself. This was the last 5 minutes or so. I kid you not.

Why is it that shows like these neglect to mention old vulnerability - religions... ?

Hostile aliens, that are sufficiently advanced to get here, would most likely observe us before devising plan of the attack.
What they would notice about US (military most powerful country) is that 70-80% of the population worship unseen supernatural entity.

They could easily impersonate god of Judaism, Christianity, Islam and quickly gain blind obedience from ~2-3 billion people...

Target Earth was created by the same company that makes Ancient Aliens. It's currently not a series, and was just a 2 hour special. If History picks up the show, it will become a series.

Just watch out for the term "self replicating". When you hear that the end is nigh.

Just watched this "documentary". Very interesting, and as already mention covered many of the differing scenarios previously discussed.

What hit me was the way they wanted to relate it all to a possible alien attack, but yet kept pointing out what humans are currently doing/working on. It was almost as if they desired to use "behind the scenes alien influence", as the scapegoat for all the nastiness "we" humans are bringing about. It kept referencing how it could look like things humanity is already experiencing, and that we probably wouldn't even know aliens were attacking us.

Then there is the clip of Reagan talking about the only thing that may bring humanity together would be an alien attack.

My question is; If there are so many thousands of probable "earth like" planets (as the mention in the beginning), why would aliens expend energy, time and effort to rid Earth of humans to obtain its resources, when they could just go grab one of the many other, probably uninhabited planets?

Very curious show and makes me want to look into it further to find out who's behind it and possibly why, and why now.
