It is a matter of will alone. Don't try to change. DO change. Don't think about changing, DO change. It's really as simple as that. And don't think you can; KNOW you ARE. And don't change over time, change immediately. Just stop it completely no matter how hard it is, if you set your mind to it its the easiest thing you could do.
