The pic in question was already debunked as Ison days ago. Thread: ISON; THE WINGED ONE, NEW IMAGES...WOW THIS THING IS HUGE (Page 3) Approxmatelty 1 minute of research will tell you A) The image in Bp earth watch video is not of Ison but of a galaxy Galaxy, NGC 936 [ link to www.eso.org] The Slooh video doesn't claim the image is of Ison ! listen and think for a second. The Slooh video uses it as an example of how people jump to conclusions. B) Even when I matched the stars with the Galaxy, NGC 936 image of the Southern observatory website and told BP earthwatch he would not acknowledge the mistake. Stupid mistakes like this are what give conspiracies their bad name. I am a firm believer that a comet or meteor event will be used to enslave us at some point in the future.. So less of the silly mistakes please. I'm sensing a bit of grandstanding/attention-whoring with this thread since it's based on an observation that didn't originate with the OP.
