JUST NOW UFO OVER SOUTH FLORIDA - 6:15AM 9/20/2013

It was near the moon when i first walked out - i thought it was a star at first...

I noticed it was moving so I ran in the house to get my fiance up to get another set of eyes... That literally took two seconds and it had already made it by Orion...

It turned slightly to the east and then faded out of view!

I looked at the real-time ISS tracker and I'm certain this was not the ISS...

Does anyone of any other visible satellites?

Do satellites make turns? I wouldn't say it was a 90 degree turn but as it came below the Orion constellation it moved towards Jupiter... and then faded out...

Towards Jupiter was towards the sunrise - so that could explain why it faded out - although it looked as though it stopped... Not sure if that was just our perspective or what...

im in atlantic canada in a rural area no light at night and i see these all the time they turn and fade out or stop and then take off ihave skyview on ipad and iphone and several other apps and not once do these show up ... anyone who stares at the sky at night will see it ya just gotta wait i see at least 1 a month and they are not human no fuckin way when u see it

Saw these types a few times in 2012 and 2011 - I love looking up at the stars!

This was the first one this year for me - but I doubt I'm just that lucky - i think they're becoming more common...

Man... I was really hoping some others saw this... as it was around 6:15AM and the sky was so amazing this morning...

I am in northern florida and saw a meteor breakup around that time.

The weird part is I am almost deaf and heard it fly over as it broke up traveling east to west from inside my house, looked out the window to see it come apart.

The moon is still visable and it's 7:52. The moon is very full and beautiful.

Hmmm... i wonder - maybe it was a rocket launch? I didnt see anything break up but maybe i missed that part?

Still an undentified flying object though lol

Oh wait you said east to west - the object i saw was going the opposite direction..

I'm in central Florida, too many clouds here , or maybe I just missed it.

Definitely wasn't a meteor although someone reported seeing and hearing a meteor in northern florida around the same time...

From my perspective - it changed speeds and did turn slightly - so it was some sort of craft for sure...

I just don't know what kind of craft it was - but i did rule out the ISS...

I'm not at all knowledgeable when it comes to how a satellite can maneuver - so I'm not sure if it was some other kind of satellite - i always thought satellites pretty much move in a "straight" path and like i said - it did turn...

did yours make noise?

I live on St. Pete Beach, near Tampa. Last night around 9:45 there was a craft hovering over the Gulf. Through the binoculars, it was triangular in nature and flashed red, green, and white lights. It hovered for about 30 minutes, making small and slow movements left and right. Then all of a sudden all the lights went out.

I have NO idea what that was, but I've never seen anything like it.

A UFO???

I live in South Pasadena and my husband and I watched it for about 30 minutes...

It FLASHTED RED GREEN White..... we are on the 5th floor very high condo on Boca Ciega Bay We could NOT figure out what it was... it was on Saturday Night around 9:30 PM


We though it might be the coast guard but it was there too long for that... could not figure what it was./

Hey neighbor, I saw this one too... WOW I saw it dip too... from a distance we could not figurer it out... I am happy to know someone else saw it.... it dipped down and then up... and flashed the Red Green and white lights...
