Come to Canada and live for FREE ! ! Americans are now using their money to buy property, not in the US, where the economy is going bust, but in Canada, where the economy is doing very well. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 48068177 First time buyers are now buying property in Canada as an investment and taking advantage of low rent in their own countries. The investment on their return is reducing their living costs to ZERO. For example, you can buy this beutiful home in Toronto: [link to www.sell.com] Rent it for over $2,500 because it can accommodate 2 families and rent in many parts of the US for under $1,000 per month. Anybody else taking advantage of the real estate BOOM in Canada? I thought the whole world was fucked up? |

Anybody else taking advantage of the real estate BOOM in Canada? Awesome home. I've lived at Don Mills and Sheppard for the past six months and I'm paying $1800 in rent for less than 700 square feet. I actually called the number on that link and saw the home yesterday evening and I was overwhelmed. Brand new hardwood floors throughout certainly beat the stinken carpets in my birdcage. This house has 4 decent sized bedrooms and if you count the room in the basement, it has 5 bedrooms and 2 full kitchens. I WANT TO BUY IT but I can only afford half. I already went to the bank and I qualify for a 300,000 mortgage, and my payments will be about $1350. So I can move out of my hellhole and live in a real house, and I will be pocketing $550 in cash every month because I will no longer be throwing $1800 in the garbage for rent. Do the math. This is a no-brainer. Anybody want to buy a house with me? |
