HOW TO FAKE AN EMP ATTACK:


STEP #1: Detonate large conventional explosives high in the atmosphere over the target city. [1]


STEP #2: Press the super-secret KILL SWITCH, that: (i) causes all SMART METERS to disconnect electrical service to all homes and businesses in the target city, and (ii) causes a coded signal to be broadcast from CELL TOWERS in the target area which orders the onboard computer system of all vehicles manufactured after 1996 to short circut and fry. STEP #3: Use media to sell the BIG LIE to the world that blah... blah... city was just attacked by ____(fill in the blank)____.


STEP #4: Rake in War Profits.




Technical Footnotes:

1) The high altitude explosion does no damage to the ground; but provides a sellable cover story and visual effects for the media.

2) Commencing in the early 1990s, the OBD II software [and other such code] which controls the engine of all vehicles, begain including a KILL SWITCH subroutine.

The stated original purpose for installing this subroutine into the code was to help reduce dangerous HIGH SPEED CHASES by allowing LAW ENFOREMENT officers to broadcast a coded signal from thier crusiers to order any vehicle on the road to shut down.

HOW IT WORKS: A coded KILL SWITCH signal includes the target vehicles VIN#, thus while many vehicles on the road may receive the same radio signal, only the computer system in the targeted vehicle would execute its KILL SWITCH routine.

When the KILL SWITCH subroutine is executed, a special relay is tripped on the onboard computer system's motherboard which literally cooks its CPU chip; physically disabling the vehicle until such time as a replacement computer system can be installed into such vehicle.

BLANKET KILL SWITCH capability. For the stated purpose of being able to disable all vehicles in a targeted area to control mass-rioting situations-- the KILL SWITCH subroutine of all non-mil vehicles will also activate upon receiving a BLANKET VIN# (special code).

RAMIFICATIONS: In the event, a BLANKET KILL SWITCH signal were to be broadcast by all the cell towers in a targeted city, it would have the same effect as an EMP ATTACK on such target.



SOURCE OF THIS KNOWLEDGE: Reverse engineered the machine code of an EEPROM chip extracted from an OBD II computer motherboard. And, wrote the debug stepper to disassemble the EEPROM code in QB4 back in the mid '90s.

So, "America's Craziest Car Chases" and such similar TV programs are all staged, then?

So weird had a dream last night about a boat.. we were all swimming in the water around the boat near some docks.. anyhow i climb up in the boat no big deal, only all of a sudden the thing started up and then moving slowly.. I was yelling to the people in the water for help, to stop it..but no one could help me.. so i run up to the wheels and try to turn the boat to keep from hitting the dock.. ended up running it right up on the docks couldn't make the turn in time.. whole boat was sitting on this dock were people were setting outside eating lunch or something like that... So in this dream the boat ended up having a big gash n the left bow.. Boat looked like a fish out of water. The boat i know very well, except how to drive it, the people swimming in the water were family members and something we've done many times before. Had this boat since 2008 and never in my life had a dream about this boat much less it driving it's self up on the docks. Oh well thought this was odd thread because of my dream.. I don't dream much, or don't ever remember them.. but this one was so vivid..

PS: another odd thing about this dream is that under no circumstances would that boat ever be left unmanned.. there's always a person on board who would know how to operate the vessel.. but no one was on board in my dream...

68 ford :) 490, cobra jet four barrel carb, we do need to take the glass packs off though as there is not stealth to that at all.
