Start letting kids have recess where they play outside for 15 minutes, 2 to 3 times per day, like we used to when we were all kids. Then watch how easier it is for them to concentrate.

Kids need physical activity to be healthy in body and mind, it is a shame that these schools don't let their kids hit the playground anymore.
