He said he saw like 3 objects all near each other and felt they were too near each other to all be planes. He decided one was a plane, but the other two were moving in a different way. I have no idea what he saw. But it had him worked up! Maybe I'll go out right now and see if I see anything interesting. |

It was heading down and East. Huge and very bright! I was standing there just staring at Venus or whatever that crazy bright thing is and zoom...there it went. Biggest, brightest one I've ever seen. So maybe he did see something yesterday. |

Did anyone see any strange fireballs or meteor like things this evening? My husband was driving home from work tonight and saw something strange. We are in Ohio. He was heading West. He didn't think they were planes....moved differently and too bright. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 47174404 Are there any websites to track meteor sightings? I thought I saw a link here somewhere, but can't find it. Awesome fireball East to West Los Angeles just now 18:23 11/8. Long and big, no shooting stars, bad ass!!!!! |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 47706286 United States 11/08/2013 09:39 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Apparently the meteors they saw in CA are being associated with the Taurid Meteor Shower which is supposed to be Nov. 16-17. Could it be an early showing of this? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1618643 I was wondering that. Exactly what it is. Taurids always cause more "fireball" sightings in October and November. Every year. |
