why are you confused? you make deals to end hostilities.

Plus, Israel throwing a tantrum, about this deal, is also odd. ideally end but most likely delay. see Iran is in a very tight spot because there are really big sanctions on the country and that is hurting them. this will probably be a deal to alleviate the sanctions and some nuclear concessions from them. israel is throwing a hissing because it is not getting its way.
