I have a terrible feeling that time is up. It is obvious that the Japanese really do not accept failure as a learning opportunity. Since Tepco had no operational manual that envisioned a loss of all power sources due to the earthquake and tsunami on 3/11 are we to presume they have the situation under control right now? What are their plans if an earthquake occurs during the rod removal? It's rocking and rolling in Fukushima right now. I Don't believe they have a plan. Tepco and Japan do not appear to be guided by any moral authority.If they do not accept international assistance we are doomed. My friends and family are finally starting to listen to me.
