Wether you believe it's Jesus or not, the Old Testament always referred to the plural Elohim(mighty ones). The Father(alimighty), The Messiah(the son), and the Holy Spirit.

john 1 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
And may other Bible verses that show Jesus was always alive and just born later as a human to glorify God and save us.
Read your Bible. Good luck and God bless.

Re: A Question for Religous People Genisis Chapter 1 Verse 26
Elohim says, "Let us make man in our image", after our likeness

The word Elohim is a plural term used to describe God; Father, Son, and Spirit. 3 Parts, one God. Like the supreme court, 9 justices, 1 court.

Man has 3 parts, Spirit, Soul, and Body. We are created as spirit beings, we have a soul, and we live in a physical body.

Hope this helps!

Elohim isn't plural.
That damn snake with his redefinitions working in Strong's has lead to the destruction of many souls.

So much false-trinity belief stems directly from a mistranslation of the word.

Elohim never was a plural word, because God isn't plural and never has been.

It's confusing when you folks quote scripture because it doesn't make sense to me. I can read the bible and can confuse myself. My belief is God is not a him or a person but is the energy that runs through the Universe. Jesus to me was a modified human being that gave us the ability to understand what God (or universe) is all about.

Jesus was fully man and fully God.

Alright then think of it this way.

Americs is made up of millions of people.

Is "America" one or many?

Well in a way its both.

God is three persons, yet they are one entity, even God.

John 17:20-21, Jesus prays that the believers would understand that He and the Father are one

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me

Christ was the spiritual seed of God, OP.

Much like an earthly seed is planted in the earth, dies and brings forth a tree after its kind. So The Christ took on the vessel of a man, died and released the Spirit Of God into the earth.

Now that spiritual seed is growing into a great tree with many branches and much fruit.

And when the tree is fully grown and fully ripe, The harvesters will come and reap the fruit of the tree.
