I saw Pentatonix live at my University about 10 years ago. They were pretty good as a novelty act but there's no substitute for real instruments, IMHO.

I wonder if these guys are still on the college circuit. They were really nice dudes. They partied with my frat that night after the show. They even let me tour their "effects library" (pedals, stompboxes, and processors) after the show. They had quite a collection!

LOL. Actually, I have them confused with another group. Nevermind!

They are the best musical group ever bar none.

They are phenomenal. Every once in a while they put out something I don't really care for but that has nothing to do with their talent.

I do question one thing, however. The group is made up of a diverse group of 5 people, one in particular being Jewish, yet both this year and last year they put out Christian Christmas albums. I just find it odd to hear a Jewish musician singing about Jesus.

It's a singing group. They cover songs. Christian and secular so far. If there were popular Jewish songs, they'd cover them, too.
