You want to get rid of gum disease, receeding gums, loose teeth and what not.

Hydrogen peroxide is good.....

But also do the following.

1) Take 4-8 coral calcium tablets a day with 4-8 (1 gm) vitamin C tablets.

4 in morning, 4 at night

2) Also take cod liver oil tablets with vitamin D with (1)

3) Do not use fluoride toothpast ever again (uncle toms has a toothpast that is expensive but no fluoride)

4) Do not get floride treatements from a dentist....in fact avoid the dentist unless you have a serious problem

5) Do not drink floridated water

6) Do not drink sodas except maybe for regular sprite (it has citric acid and not phosphoric acid)

7) Eat some carrots and other veggies raw
