What is a good mattress to buy? Sleep Number?

Pure latex. Firm.

The metal coils give off energy that makes you toss and turn at night.

Especially get a latex pillow.

We had a Sleep Number,didn't like the feel so returned it.Got alatex topped(not solid because they are about 4000$) and it sagged like hell in about 3 weeks,returned it too.We finally got a Sterns and Fosters pillow top and are now sleeping like babies and it has a 25 year warranty!

Best bed I ever slept on was a hospital bed with that morphine drip box next to it. Ok, so maybe it was the morphine, but that was the best week sleep I have ever had.

2nd place goes to the bed I slept in at Julia Roberts place outside Santa Fe. Don't know what was in there, maybe dead babies or something, but it was awesome.

If you want a 'regular' bed, the best mattress I have ever had, bar none, was an Aireloom. OMG, soooooo comfortable, but boy are they expensive. I had mine for twenty years and it was STILL in perfect condition. I have one of those cushy foam ones now and do not like it.

I have a select number, and a latex pillow. I love it, my husband not so much, but he has back problems so I don't know if he would like any bed, at this point. We have owed 3 beds in the last year and a half..I m going to get a latex mattress topper soon. I think if you like a Softer bed you will like the select comfort.

got an aero topper king size.. it is supposed to fit onto the top of the mattress and u can adjust it for soft or firm.

will, that never worked well so i just use the areo mattress topper and put a ( i think it is a 3/4 or maybe a bit bigger on top of the aero....remind u, no mattress. still have box springs.. the areo was about %400. sbout 80 for the memory foam. acts just like the sleep number...but, if the aero (like float u put in the water with no head rest. so.... u can fix it if u need to...... just regular patch kit.
..just my 2 cents.

go look at bedinabox they have nice beds and made in the usa.Memory foam with pac bamboo pillowtop.i've had mine for 6 years and can't see how I ever lived without it.

ps also about a 1/3rd the cost of other memoryfoam and sleep number.I myself didn't care for sleepnumber..

Me too. I LOVE, LOVE , LOVE my temper pedic and the matching pillows! Ahhhhhhhhhh......its soooo hard to get out of bed for work some mornings because its so comfortable!

sleep # is a fraud...all it is is 2 airbags tht can inflate to certain #'s ... SLEEPNUMBER SUCKS!!!! SLEEP# does not even hold its setting RARRRR Dumb product...
