I know this friend, I ask do they deep down know they serve Satan.

Some do and some do not. The devil is a deceiver above all. When Jesus said that you shall tread upon serpents and scorpions, he was actually referring to demonic spirits.

A serpent is a demon whose venom is in its head, as in the power to confuse, deceive, present an alternative reality, etc.

A scorpions venom is in its tail as in "turn tail and run". It has the power to cause fear, anxiety, guilt, shame.

When Jesus mentioned serpents and scorpions as tread upon by you, He means that jesus authority has got you covered "from head to tail".

I was friends with a person who practiced wicca some 20 years ago. She was a very nice person, very caring, and very deceived about the reality in which she lived. Her body, despite her beauty, was filled with autoimmune deseases. Witchcraft has a price. The devil cannot eliminate the curse, it can only move it around to affect something else. So whatever healing they get is soon accompanied by some malady somewhere else in the body.

When she asked me to pray for her, I took a stand for Jesus.
I said, yes, I can pray for you, and God may heal you. But who are you going to thank, the tarot card you read, the crystal in your pocket, the shaman who danced for you last week, or the one true living God who visited you this day?

This was accompanied by 2 nights of the worst nightmares I have ever had. Clearly, spirits that control her and keep her in the dark did not appreciate the stand for the exclusivity of Jesus. She did not know and we great friends as we were, but there was something else in charge that did not like what I said.

Yet apparently to most Christians, pretty much everything is "satanic", things like the weed that would cure them of cancer, and free them of the real devils oil, or them satanic guide stones telling about harmony with nature and all languages so as to be understood by all.

Pretty much anything that would unite people, like that commandment from jesus on loving your neighbors, all satanic, well Jesus himself even as he taught on love and all that satanic stuff.

Interesting story, though I really doubt Jesus would like you being friends with a Wicca, they're literally our enemy. And bad company corrupts good character. Not saying she's bad to the core but that Christians and those that practice Wicca have opposite spirits with in them.

There's a difference between loving ones enemy and sharing a constant relationship with your enemy, an enemy whose spirit is constantly out to destroy us. Do you know the meaning of love ? It certainly doesn't mean going into the world and associating with those that associate with Satan.

The information that you have been given is wrong. We do not believe that you 'Serve Satan', we believe that you have decided to follow a faith that was easier for you to handle and understand.

Those of us, who you call 'Witches', follow a different and older path. And like Christians, there are many different 'types' of Witches. Such that all Christians are not all Catholics, not all Witches are 'Satanist.

Please remember, you state that your God created everything, including Lucifer and knows everything. Hence, your God created Satan also. Could it be that he created Satan so that he could teach you the difference of good and bad? So, if your God created Satan, does that make him evil too?

They don't realize it because they attribute their "powers" to ancient Celtic paganism, druids, etc., and worship Gaia (Greek: mother earth goddess). Some invoke the name Lucifer and claim the name 'Lucifer' is a mere coincidence because of astrological ties to the 'morning star' used in their rituals.

Wicca revolves around the earth goddess and tends to attract feminists, lesbians, and bi-curious females with a record of failed male-female relationships cause from father issues. Most are introverted and attribute their ability to read people, learned from years of people-watching, to their religion. Many goth-out and, for some reason, smell like pepper.

This reinforces a belief of many Christians: that a demonic familiar follows each person from birth in order to study, watch, and learn our mannerisms and imitate us perfectly (if called upon by a medium) and to report back to higher demons. Many people pray silently because the familiar cannot know their thoughts.
