Did any of you take a look at the photos of these chimpanzee - appearing sub-human creatures that are running that country? They look far more gorilla or monkey than they do human. They have known nothing but sheer hate for other tribes, for other villages. and for anyone not of their own tribe all of their lives. This generational hate may have had a purpose in helping various groups survive, at one itme. It does not have such a purpose today.

The Ugandan Minister of Ethics says that men raping girls is natural and acceptable. Lovely place to live. What a thing to teach your young men and women. They are teaching their young men that forcing sex on women is acceptable. They are teaching women to expect and allow this kind of forced sex to occur.

Eventually the women will say ENOUGH and will start cutting the genitals off of any man who tries to force her into unwanted sexual acts. A few women who do this, at first, will loose their lives, certainly. But then a few more and a few more will follow. Eventually the men will get the idea that forced sex is not only unacceptable but it comes with a potentially high cost which they do not want to pay. Not now, not ever. Sadly, it will take this kind of force to counter the cultural norms that have been bred into this pathetic tribal society for 1000s of years.

This is a hideous country that has no ability to self-rule or manage their own affairs in the 21st Century. Wait for the corruption to force the country into bankruptcy and they will be begging their white protectors to come back and rebuild their county again. However, this time it will not be done. Their cries for help will go unanswered until substantial changes have been made and huge costs have been paid.
