It simply has to do with getting a good conductive material, that's all...spray more, and your system works better, spraqy less and it works less, that all.

For example, suppose you kidnap someone and tie them up in a basement...now some guys wouls tie them up using a lot of rope, some would use less rope, some would use telephone cord and some would use masking tape...some would do a good job, and some not so good a job, but the point is, if you want your victime to suffer properly and not rip your throat out then you tie them up better, that's all.

No, not quite, the images you saw from the old tests were no of chemtrails...they were flares shot into the sky at certain distances from the ground zero...they used the flares to mesure atmouspheric disturbance.

yes...the water is already contaminated...with whatever is being sprayed.

i feel bad for the birds especially.i enjoy watching them soar and float on the upper winds...they have so much fun up there.

recently, ive seen two RED planes spraying fairly low over my area...the entire plane was bright red.

the kids saw them too, but even though 6 kids looked at the same plane...only 2 others saw the bright red color like i did.
i didnt even mention what color i saw first.

the weirdest thing is the other 4 kids...only saw silver.

OK, you want some weird shit about chemtrails? Here is the thing...If you watch them being laid out, you will see an airplane, or what looks like an airplane, because in front of the plane will sometimes apear a black line about half a mile ahead of the plane...and the black line seems to be reacting to the chemtrails that can be seen being laid by the plane a half mile or so back...?

And one more thing about these chemtrails...I am of course a Hybrid alien and so maybe I am a bit more open minded about it all...but you know, there is one thing really odd...what if Nancy Leader is right about the aliens preventing nuclear fission and explosions...she is the only person I have ever heard mention anything about it...and aside from the fact that she insulted me the only time I cotacted her about chemtrails, she might be right...what if the craft we are watching are mostly alien vessles....offered up to the world as a saftey measure against nuclear war...and implimented until each country can install it's own system?

Plus harmonics need a power source...you can't create vibrations of that magnitude with that vastness (from 25,000+ feet at that!) with just chemical reactions. It would take gigawatts of continuant to cover a tiny surface area.
