First of all how would you know it was an alien invasion? Have you see what an alien invasion looks like? Do you even know what an alien looks like?

Truth is, we've already been invaded by aliens. Since there's no news story on the idiot box, though, there's really no way for you to find out. Even if I show you youtube videos of ghost cars and disappearing/appearing people (not the obvious fade out stationary camera hoaxes), a bunch of posts would magically appear providing random alternative explanations for what it could be. If I somehow managed to get a picture of a space alien, either the MIB would get to it first or the internet would go down while any cleanup was performed. There's no news story for that one, but your questions make us look stupid.

Invite them to help us colonize some other planet in exchange for a lil portion of our eventual development of resources on that new planet?
