Re: Top Prophecy preachers.
There is only one True Prophet. Anyone speaking of His Being will witness of him.

To prophesy of that Spirit And Truth will be to speak his words of reconciliation to all.

Any who reject that True Prophet, he will require it of them.

There is no man worthy to be a shepherd or to be proclaimed a prophet than the one sent from YHVH. Any of his people speaking his Word will prophesy of YHVH Yahushua which simply means The Salvation of YHVH, the meaning of Heart but nothing for those who only know about Him.

Those who love Lawlessness, love their lawless prophets.

well I agree that at this point in the Church Age that the only true Prophet is Jesus (Heb 1:1-2), but Joel 2:28 says that in the last days men and women will prophesy. They will not be adding to nor taking away from the Bible, (words Jesus have given) but they will be filling in gaps, warning, exhorting, and educating.

Yes prophesying as One in Yahushua telling of that True Prophet they witness of. He exhorts all to come to his reconciliation and is not of the heart of condemnation but to proclaim what is shown of the Father. Same as He as His people who Love him and teach others how to keep His Commandments and to feed his sheep.

Myth # 5. The canon is closed.
Nowhere in thee books of the Bible does it say that the canon of scripture is closed. Many will refer to the last lines of Revelation to claim that the book cannot be added to. Since the Bible didn't exist at the time of the writing of the Revelation of John, it couldn't refer to the Bible as a whole. The Revelation remained a disputed book for two centuries after John penned it. Thus the commandment that it should not be added to must refer to that particular scroll which John wrote. We should understand that most scholars believe that John himself "added to" the Bible, because it is commonly believed that he wrote Revelation before the Gospel of John. The Gospel of John came AFTER the book of Revelation in the chronological sequence of Bible texts. The apostle John told us that "...there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one...that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written."

A similar interdiction against adding to God's word appears in Deuteronomy. Following the logic of those who say the Bible can't be added to because of John's statement, we must consider tossing anything that comes after Moses and Deuteronomy. Man's rejection of further revelation is an attempt to "mute" God and deny that he has power to reveal anything new or essential to mankind. It defends the status quo, having a "form of godliness" but denies the power thereof. Since the Bible itself doesn't claim to contain all God's words, it would require a revelation from God to tell us that the Bible is inerrant, sufficient, persipicacious, and the final authority in all things. Thus, you can see the quandary: it would require a revelation to tell us that there will be no more revelation.

spock The position is logically untenable.

God is not the author of confusion. In Hebrews 1:1-2 it plainly states that the only true prophet at that point is Jesus Himself. Just so you are not confused and claim in YOUR OWN confusion that it is "doublespeak", there is the verse: "In the past God spoke to our forefathers through the prophets at many times and in various ways, but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe."

Since God is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow; he did, does, and will offer the spiritual gifts as described in 1 Corinthians 12: and the gift of prophecy is among them. In these New Testament times the gift of prophecy will be used by individuals as Joel describes in 2:28: "And afterward,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.

But since Jesus is the prophet now, what do the sons and daughters prophesy? The purpose of prophets in the church today is to “fill in the blanks” of prophecy already given by the Lord by providing added detail which answers your question, O Crippled Pigeon. This kind of prophecy is accomplished through revealing local or even personal information on how God’s plan is being fulfilled in our lives. Because of this no prophecy can add to, subtract from, or otherwise alter God’s word already revealed in Scripture.

The bible is finished, complete and will not be added to by Mormons or New Age Messiahs or anyone else claiming an inside track. There is no reason to believe that God would present further revelation to add to His Word. The Bible begins with the very beginning of humanity—Genesis—and ends with the end of humanity as we know it—Revelation. If further books were added to the Bible, that would equate to saying that the Bible we have today is incomplete—that it does not tell us everything we need to know.

You really ought to see to that injury. I think the loss of blood is causing you confusion! LOL. Hopefully this has cleared up your doublethink.

You are correct, in that Jesus did lead the dispensation of His time. note

Dispensations of the Gospel, by Courtney J. Lassetter.

... Jesus Christ (who led the dispensation of the meridian of time), ...

Several fundamentals are common to all dispensations: priesthood authority, baptism by immersion and the laying on of hands for the gift of the Holy Ghost, the sealing power (D&C 128:9-11), and temple worship. Basic gospel doctrines, including the Fall of Adam, faith in Jesus Christ, repentance, and the need for an infinite Atonement, were taught in each era from Adam's day onward whenever there were living prophets selected by the Lord. - [link to www.lightplanet.com]

Myth # 3. True religion is Bible religion

Since the Bible didn't exist in the time of Peter and Paul. "No one who lived within the time period of the Bible ever had a Bible." Therefore, their religion was not "Bible religion." The Bible is the testimony that God interacts with man via revelation and spiritual gifts, directly and personally.

It was not based solely upon the words of God to ancient prophets, but to living ones. Why should it not be so today?

Acts 1:24 And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen,
25 That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.
26 And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.

Why was Matthias called as an Apostle if the Apostles were meant to cease?

Do you believe God does, or does not continue to speak to men in this the dispensation of the fullness of times?

My wife is ex RC. SHE found Christ but it was in SPITE of the RCC.
The RCC has tried to stamp out Biblical Christians for 1800 years.
They killed 5 million Waldensians and commtted atrocities like forcing men to march with their son's heads hanging from their neck as a necklace.

More recent?
Last year RCC NUNS(!!) were convicted for instigating the Rwanda genocide. It has never stopped with the RCC.

During WWII the Catholic priests who were officers in the Ustase Army killed 25,000 children by burning them alive. They shocked the NAZIs by they unique firing squads. They tied two together and only shot one leaving the other to be fall into the pit of writhing dieing countrymen waiting to be buried alive!

I do not hate Catholics.. but the Church is simply the projection of the Babylonian Grove worship from Nimrod's day.... nothing more. Simon Magus was the first RCC POPE... Samaritan => Babylonian Jew.

Research the RCC and you will come out of it. Only the Atheists in the 20th century have killed more than the Catholics.

What preachers/pastors do you feel are the top prophecy preachers?

I'm not asking if you believe what they say or not just wondering who you feel the people listen to the most.

I thought of Pat guy from the 700 club and John Hagy.

Who is the one man who is always on with his wife? giving prophecy the whole time...

Who else?

I would really appreciate help with this as it is for a project.

Thanks in advance~

by "top" I take that to mean, scripturally accurate and non-foaming at the mouth. Balanced and measured. True to scripture in their answers. I especially like Jack Kelley's "Ask a Bible Teacher" on his website. Lots of prophecy questions there. Missler and Kelley have text as well as audio on preachings, and Hadley has video.

True. All these preachers for money selling books and tapes are false prophets. Jesus wants to teach you Himself.

I have heard the rest, I think this guy is by far the best. Covering the entire earth 24/7 by shortwave, fm and am radio.
Just a poor old farmer preaching his heart out. Very profound.

Re: Top Prophecy preachers.
You know that history repeats.. right?

Ecc_1:9 The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.

Now...

A prophet is only one who knows the written law of God and seeing the times and the seasons in which we live, he can go see what men are doing..go back to the law, and then say with absolute certainty what the consequences of actions are going to be..
When he tells people the truth, they begin to hate him and will kill him.

The key to Biblical prophesy is Deu. 28 .

Re: Top Prophecy preachers.
2157. Prophecy given to Raymond Aguilera on 18 December 2012 at 2:45 AM

I Am, I Am, I Am, what Was, Is, and Is Going To Be, the Power of Power.

Vision:
Then the Lord gave me a vision of a leafless, dead tree in a dry, arid desert. On the tree I saw a helium balloon in the shape of a bomb. The balloon's string was stuck on the upper part of one of the branches of this dead tree.

Elder, elder, elder, write what I say and what you see. The Power and Might of God is there. So be it! So be it! So be it! The ground will shake, the Flames of Heaven will fall. The Horses will be released. So be it! So be it! So be it! The ground will open up and swallow all that is evil and the righteous unbelievers. The powers that be, will feel and see the Power of God to the point. For they are nothing and will wet their pants at the coming of the Lord. Remember, Reymundo, I will protect what is Mine, to the point. My Spirit is there, My Angels are there, My Love is there with open Arms. My Peace I give you, My little prophet. Now go back to sleep, and rest.
