...as proven by the SCOTUS decision of Salinas vs. Texas, you don't have your Constitutional rights by default. If I said, "We aren't running under The Constitution anymore." Would you say that is controversial? I would say its simply fact.

Understand this: The Constitution is the supreme law of the land.

Then, you ask, "How can we not be running under it?"

In any system of law, there can be "layers". The layer we are running under is called the Uniform Commercial Code, aka The UCC. Its the law for corporations. All of our government that you think is "government" is not really government. Its sort of like government used to be, but, since The Columbia Act of 1871, out government is a corporation. Look it up. I shit you not!

But, there is this little thing known as The Constitution *FOR* the united States. THAT is THE constitution for our country. Notice its The Constitution *FOR* the united States. Case of the letters is important in destinguishing between the corporate constitution and the republic's constitution.

You will notice that the third title ONLY exists before 1860. It is YOUR law but it has been layere (papered) over TWICE!!!

First it was papered over fully in 1871 when they replaced it with The Constitition of The United States (of America). Thats the corporate constitution. Then, that wasn't good enough. Still too much liberty even though they didn't have to obey it, according to the corporate rules, so, they brought in the UCC and papered over the republic's constitution AGAIN!

So, having been papered over twice and no longer the defacto system of laws, its all just gone, right?

WRONG!!!!!

It states that it is The Supreme Law Of The Land (TSLOTL). You can bring in any system of laws you want and use them at any time. UCC. Sharia. The Constitution of The United States of America. Your State University Student Handbook. ANYTHING! How can they do this? One legal paradigm is this: if a set of laws that are incongruent to another, superior set of laws are to be adhered to, it must be voluntarily. Your ignorance and, thus your silence, is seen as volanteering to be ruled by it.

Its a mouthful and you must understand the precepts, not just be able to repeat the words.

Know where they are protected.

Know what documents to cite.

Know what to claim.

A good friend of mine allowed officers to drag him into court one time. He just about made the court officers shit their pants with a citation similar to the one above and then they backed down. He didn't pursue it enough to get himself off completely but it got him out of jail and his rights to keep and bear arms restored.

As far as this communist newspaper building a national database? They can kiss my ass. If they publish it there will be retributions. I know some pretty bad people that will do some pretty bad stuff for $100 bill. Of course, that would be illegal, just like publishing permit holders.

But, I think you are all looking at this the wrong way. What happens when they publish this list and you find out that those one the list have a 900% less change of buglary and home invasion? Were I a crook, I'd steer way clear of those homes and head right to the ones that didn't have conceal carry permits because those would be the ones I could burglarize and have way less chance of getting shot.

Please! PLEASE! Publish this list! For the safety of the burglars/muggers and the safety and security of the concealed carry holders!
