Being exposed at what it is, a compact between only the states & federal government granting not a single right to people, the document that all righteous retards mistakenly use to base their rights off of, the document that blacks point to as racist because of the 3/5 compromise which they mistakenly believe the south was responsible even though the northern states wanted that to afford the south less representation based on lower population totals, and a document that GWB said was "just a goddamned piece of paper" bc he understood bankruptcy....
