I can see that. either UA fight or get their fucking tanks and equipment out of the district. I would not allow them to just "hang around" until they become stronger. IMO when the decline of USA as a super power is over, whenever it may be, provided that humanity does survive USAs final decline, there won't be any one world order. There will be a shift of power to the East, and the new undisputed super power state shall be China while the West will be in turmoil.
