Saw a nice green fireball in Baltimore tonight....right around 7:15. Freaked me out...looked a lot like a Roman candle, but lasted twice as long before fading out. I'm in Catonsville, MD. The fire ball was traveling north to south. Pretty cool. |

I saw it from the very beginning to end. Very nice one. Got to about a -10 magnitude. Had a little bit of fire briefly in the smoke trail but it didn't last long at all. It was kinda close to Orion. Would have made one hell of a photo with the 2. |
