We must have no shame for what we have done or what we think we are. We are the light of the world. Shame is very harmful to our health and our society it interferes with love for ourselves and others. To love truly we must accept the good and the bad in ourselves and each other. The worst among us are still capable of love they are just playing the villain so someone else can play the hero. We mustn't get so caught up in the game that we forget to see the love and humanity in our sister or brother. Love and peace to all who read this.
