no what would be logical is if the BRIC countries all released their on respective regional and transnational crypto currencies after a premining event to keep all the currrent power elite in place with crypto wealth.

No. Government backed crypto would not be trusted as a medium of exchange mainly because their secret service would have a backdoor built in the currency. Bitcoin does not have that problem.

If they assassinated the top ten bitcoin holders, that would mean there would be less bitcoin in circulation and this would increase the price of bitcoin.
