Or with chili, cheese, onions and Guldens mustard.

or substitute barbacoa for the chili.

Put in in a covered pan on very low heat so teh cheese melts and the botom gets real crisp.

Add more cheese on top. Swiss Cheddar American Velveeta Cheese Whiz it just dont matter!

I love potato chip sandwiches. I normally include some sort of luncheon meat or some cheese, but they are great.

Not what one should eat everyday, but it is tasty.

Use Boulder brand potato chips, A DASH Of mustard, mayonnaise, white bread and a dash of celery salt mixed in with the mayo. Dash of fresh ground white peppercorn.

You can add fresh greens.

Had never thought about until I heard Bobby Flay say once that his favorite burger was his "crunchified" burger. Of course, I had to try it. My own burger recipe, but added his suggestion of chips. Fantastic.

I was gonna say Lays at first, but felt bad about the GMO'S. Is that wrong?

I like to crunch up potato chips and put them on top of baked beans or pork-n-beans like a garnish.

Also, Campbell's Bean With Bacon Soup straight out of the can on white bread (or toast) with a dash of mayo, sliced onions, and some ketchup makes a great sandwich.

I thought you meant real chips (fries). In the UK fries are called chips. Now these in a sandwich with mayo is just delicious!

In Ireland when you buy fries at the takeaway they come with garlic mayonnaise or grated cheese. Mmmm...

I think I made the sandwich wrong because I didn't use white bread.
