Anonymous Coward User ID: 31587694 United States 03/30/2014 11:46 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | This is why I bought crates and crates of 7N6 and 7N1 years ago for very cheap. (7N1 disappeared a few years ago and has since more than tripled in price.) Of course what I didn't stock up on and should have is .22LR (!) as I figured it would always be cheap and plentiful. I recently got my tax stamp and purchased a suppressor, but now have virtually no .22LR to shoot through it -Oh well.... |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 55346536 United States 03/30/2014 11:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Welcome to $.25/round wolf. The biggest loss in the lacquer coated military grade ammo. The wolf poly shit sucks for corrosion resistances in steel cases. That stuff will flash rust pretty easy if exposed to moisture. The cheap price was nice too. I heard the company that was importing ammo when the door shut was trying to bring in 150 million rounds. Wow |

This is why I have been buying crates of 7.62x54R, they will find a way to ban the imported steel core surplus. |

Unixlike User ID: 56246472 United States 03/31/2014 08:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The AK74 has long been a great deal. In fact, Saiga's sporter version is hands down the best deal on a combat rifle there is. Mags are cheap. Ammo is cheap. Recoil is almost non-existent making this gun great for those with little rifle handling experience. In that respect it is much like the 22lr. I believe that the PTB have identified these miniscule calibers as being especially dangerous. Anybody can put a 22 round into the eye of a squirrel at 40 yards. Anybody can hit a face at 100 yards with a 22. Likewise, anybody can do the same with a 5.45, which is significantly more potent than a 22lr. They are preparing the field for their martial law. |
