Woman urges parents to vaccinate kids after 5-week-old daughter gets whooping cough

thousands of mothers of autistic children tell of how their child was developing normally until some round of vaccines, but we are not supposed to listen to them because they are just mothers and don't know what they are talking about.

This is my 4 year old daughter Caitlyn. She and her 3 sisters got whooping cough in June 2013. She was not vaccinated because my son has Asperger's syndrome. My fully vaccinated son did not catch it but my fully vaccinated 15 year old daughter did as well as my partially vaccinated 5 year old and my un-vaccinated 2 year old. Whooping cough is brutal. My un-vaccinated girls were so much sicker than my children who had been vaccinated. Caitlyn couldn't shake the cough and on December 15, 2013 we rushed her to the emergency room with over 105 degree fever. She was rushed by ambulance to Arkansas Children's Hospital and placed in Pediatric ICU. She went into respiratory failure, was placed on a ventilator, feeding tube, and so many IVs they had to put 2 special ports in to hold them all. One in her wrist and one in her neck. The one in her neck failed and they had to move it to her chest. She was in an induced coma for 3 weeks. When she was well enough to wake up she was addicted to morphine and had to go through withdrawals and had to take methadone for a month. She is physically like a 21 month old baby now and has to have 3 hours a week of physical therapy.

Caitlyn after she was removed from the ventilator. She is still on oxygen at a crazy high rate and the feeding tube. She was not allowed to eat food for nearly a week after she woke up. When she could begin eating and drinking again everything, even water, had to be thickened to honey consistency so she wouldn't aspirate it back into her lungs.

Please look at these pictures and reconsider your stance on vaccinations. I believed I was doing the best possible thing for my children. My 2 year old Eden spent 4 days in intermediate care on the same floor as Caitlyn. She was brought to the hospital by helicopter alone because I was with Caitlyn. I had to jump back and forth between my 2 babies in the hospital while others were with my other children at home. The 2 that wound up hospitalized were the 2 that had not been vaccinated.

I have a child with Asperger's and it is NOTHING compared to what my daughters went through. The vaccinated children were a fraction as sick and recovered fully. Caitlyn has an appointment later this month to see how damaged her lungs are from this. Please vaccinate your children. It nearly cost my daughter he life.

So I saw this thread and it reminded me of a phone call I received from my daughter's elementary about a week and a half ago. Apparently there was a whooping cough outbreak and the school was taking an extra precaution by calling all the parents with a pre-recorded warning of an unusually large outbreak of about 10 cases in the school district..I live in a pretty small town. I am not sure why there was such an outbreak but it kind of freaked me out because my daughter is prone to getting sick with a horrible cough usually being the culprit. She hasn't gotten sick yet but it still freaked me out. Can a child still get whooping cough if they are vaccinated and my other question is if it is a requirement to be vaccinated to enter school then how does this become an outbreak? I decided to check it out and sure enough there has been a drastic increase in the past month of whooping cough in the Northern California area as well as the Bay Area.

You should call her pediatrician and have her started on antibiotics now. Once you show symptoms it is too late, the damage is already done. I also live in a small town and it came through here last year. 4 of my 5 children had it and my brother caught it from my kids. My brother was in the army so he was definitely vaccinated, my oldest who got it was fully up to date on her vaccines, my 5 year old was partially vaccinated but my 2 year old and at the time 3 year old had no vaccines at all. The 2 unvaccinated were so much sicker, they would turn blue and at times cough up a lot of blood. There are religious exemptions for people to not have to vaccinate and I am OK with that I just want people to know the risk they are taking with their children's health.

If your daughter does show symptoms get ascorbate acid from a healthfood store and find Drosera Plex online. Those were the only things that helped my kids with the cough.

Sorry to hear that.You do realize that most cases of whooping cough are treated with oral antibiotics and never require hospitalization though?The CDC estimates half of cases are never even reported and resolve on their own.

Not sure why you daughters case became so life threatening,but it is not the norm.It is a bacterial infection that is normally cured with standard antibiotics in a few days.

I now believe there is no question that the vaccination against certain things is really important. So that supports the vaccination argument.

However there is so much evidence of all the fillers and toxic crap they stick in with the vaccines that cause other issues. For this reason I have trouble with acceptance of vaccines.
This is an issue of trust and I do not trust the big pharac co's.

My 4 year old is due for his final vaccination.

How is anyone okay with letting a stranger inject fluid into their bodies without knowing 100% what it is?

"Oh, "doctors" say it's good for me so inject me right now!"

People say a lot of things.

Some people have said:

"Believe this shit I'm telling you and don't do any of these things I forbid or you'll spend ETERNITY suffering for it."

"There's a bunch of virgins in a place that I'm telling you exists, but I have no actual proof of, and if you blow yourself up for our cause you will get to have sex with them... even though, I'm also telling you that lustful sex will send you to an etenity of suffering."

"If you like your insurance policy you can keep your insurance policy."

But not as badly. My vaccinated daughter got it and passed it on to me. She had a bad cough that went away after a while. My god I was sick. Coughed till I vomited for 6 months. Wouldn't wish that on any young one.

Theoretically, the flu vaccines can be effective unless everyone takes them. By that point, the virus just mutates again again, getting stronger>?

Kill idiots = problem solved. Ban idiots from having children. Strip their breeding rights.
