Part is they want the water, fracking don't you know. If they were so concerned with the turtles then how come they plan to euthanize about 1000 of them. Also the military wants to mine the land for weapons grade minerals. The land along the road that Bundy owns is wanted by land development companies. This is not dead desert, it is beautiful land and TPTB want it for themselves to ruin. Look what they did to the mustangs.
