If you are the thread creator, yes. Look underneath the person's name/number for the Remove Post option.

If you are OP, There should be a button under their name saying 'Delete Post' or something like that.

Yes, use the "Report Abusive Post" button and list SPAM in the reason box.

Depends.

Street fighting kicks should almost always be below the belt line. If you are good enough, a fast kick to the head will end a fight -- it is just difficult for most to execute a high kick at all, let alone fast enough or with enough power to be effective.

I recommend keeping high kicks for fun demonstrations or kicking drills. Do not depend on one to defend your life.
