Eclipse presents with no data.... not a drop like that... im worried something happened to the satellite though...

Last time the flux dropped there was a 7mag earthquake in Mexico.

When the signal drops to being vanishingly small, I'd suggest that's no data, they probably can't keep on increasing the exponent, for practical reasons.

It is of course entirely possible that something else happened.

If I don't get this wrong, we can outrule by this connection, that it is a technical glitch, satellite eclipse-stuff, right?!

good question, I only know what I haven't seen before and iv'e never seen an HE proton spike like that or the x-ray plot drop off in such a manner, or d-rap being totally dead ALL at the same time...just sayin!

So anyways the rooster was walking across the road when all of a sudden, Oh crap never mind wrong thread.

Ok so the satellite was minding it's own business just floating along up there in space when all of a sudden a giant alien squid came along and sucked up the satellite for it's lunch. Then once it got done eating it actually squirted out red ink and that is the reason why now after thousands of years people are finally for their very first time in their lives seeing a red sun set.
