Forever my grandparents had this fancy official looking Popey document hanging in the hallway across from the bathroom. All gold lace and impressive stampings. Never really paid too much attention to it. I was a little kid.
They were first generation Old World Sicilian.

Years after they passed I was looking at some stuff with my mon when we found it and I read it.

It was an all expense paid gauranteed ticket to heaven.

Signed by the pope and everything.

My mom said my great grandfather bought it at the Vatican gift store thing.

I rubbed out the name on it and filled in my own.

So, I got that goin' for me.
