I remember i bought mag citrate tabs last winter for sleep reasons....i was backroading that saturday night driving the same roads over.and over again with pot and a couple beers. i suddenly shit a foot long in the middle of the road. then 30 min later i had to crap in the road again. then a half hour later i had another foot long in the road. i was finished. i was driving and suddenly got tired so i started driving home. my eyes were starting to shut when suddenly a big turd was in the middle of the road and my eyes got real big and i swerved my car and almost flipped over trying to avoid this huge anacanda turd in the road.

Not much activity. Had a few rounds but nothing serious. I was really hoping for more because my GI was like an episode of Hoarders. The idea was to drop out of ketosis and take a 2 day break, eat what I want then go back on for another 4-6 months.

As for the gluten, I'm on a ketogenic diet, so I've been gluten free for a while, that shit's the devil.

I'm thinking that since there's enough carbs in the 10oz that pushing me out of ketosis made it not work properly. When in ketosis you don't have the glucose in your body at all so you don't need the extra water to maintain that glucose. Drop out of ketosis and bam, you pack on 3-6 pounds of water weight immediately (depending on the individual). So I'm thinking that my body needing that extra water to maintain that glucose caused the MC to not work properly.
