Yahoo! Answers Religion & Spirituality section is mostly made up of the worst atheists ever. This site is much better.

Could be said about most anonymous groups on the net.

Atheists, for various purported reasons, tend to swarm like junebugs around a porch light whenever anything about God or Jesus is discussed.
You would think they would have many worldly interests and hang out anywhere but where boring and incorrect Christianity is being discussed.

They have no interest in satanists, Buddhists or Hindi, Muslims or Shinto, but Jesus setteth their butts on fire.

I don't think modern theoretical physics holds any water- I never go into their discussions on the boards because I'm not interested in discussing theories I've already rejected.
Why do atheists keep coming back to fight?

Because when religion is allowed to go unchecked... inquisitions happen.

Well.. on the flipside.. why can't religious people worship their own thing without throwing it in the face of others.


And please.. the moment a group of religious folks hears someone say they do not believe in god they do the exact same thing you say all atheists do.

Everybody loves a good debate, just the way it is.

They think they are right, therefore they also think they are doing you a favor. It isn't out of animosity that they 'correct' unbelievers, but because of the 'Great Commission' and their concern for your eternal life or lack thereof.

I'd probably try a church or something for answers on religion before Yahoo! Answers.

No.. most "know" they are right.. big difference.

If they just thought they were right, limbs would not be crawled out upon as far as possible.

In the end though, religion will be its own downfall.

You're wrong. I run a radio show with a good following. Atheists constantly call in to bitch and start arguments anytime something spiritual is being discussed. Most of my staff are not religious, but they Hate atheists from what they've seen on the show. We all joke that we no longer care to debate these apes. Lol, let em all fucking burn in hell.

These are necessarily matters of faith. Trying to dig up proof in the form of ancient evidence is an attempt to eliminate faith as a requirement.
First you must believe, then it all becomes clear.
Study the scriptures for your answers, they are there and will jump off the page at you when you find them.

I know what happens where you mentioned. It's really troublesome seeing religious people who can't talk in a space MADE FOR THEM due to atheists kidness.

I think a lot of what the unbelievers do in a debate is very similar, they are trying to help the religious folks to see things more clearly and break free of their wrong beliefs. It is out of concern for you that they debate you.

Now THAT doesn't feel true to me! Atheist most of the time disrespect theists and try to bring them down. If they came with good intentions why always attack religion, theists, theism etc...? If they wish to help others, insulting is no way to go. They just debate theists to bring them down and disrespect them. They are intolerant.

Of course a believer would think a non-believer is intolerant.... if that was not the case, it would question their beliefs too much.
