But for those who don't get the same respect from employers and earn $8.25, they either get a new job, or things will become tough. Cuz the fed keeps printing money and inflating the dollar, people are looking towards social programs. Banking families all but have this world in their hand, with the exception of 3 countries without a private central bank. Iran, Cuba, North korea. This is the first step in uniting those countries in a giant socialist network. Is it a bad thing? Maybe... maybe not. I think the food stamps are a good thing. Anything that is a necessity for survival should be provided for to reduce crime, regardless of how the economy is doing. Food, Water, Shelter, Transportation... I have no problem with those things becoming provided for. As long as it doesn't lead to pollution and inevitable death as the cyclical consumption market economy is currently doing, we will all be okay. Big government is so partitioned, and the banks are so secretive that nothing is centralized and their plan was already doomed to fail. We just need to provide what we can in an organized manner, and inform others of the current paradigm changes. |

It's really nothing at all to ride a short 5 or 10 miles once you've been doing it for a couple weeks. The right bike helps. I recommend something with some gears, 28-32mm tires, front and rear racks, fenders, a chain guard, and lights. A mountain bike is absolutely the worst thing to ride for transportation besides a single speed huffy. |

It'll be done this weekend. Saved myself a lot of cash by rebuilding one as opposed to buying a new one. I live out in the sticks so I would actually prefer to bike. From here on out I'm only gonna drive if I have to haul something on the weekends, firewood, groceries, etc. |

Something like Specialized Rock Hopper. Walmart bikes will last about a month if that, and they ride heavy and ride like crap. |

A mountain bike is absolutely the worst thing to ride for transportation besides a single speed huffy. Just change the tires on it to road tires. They are not intended for the road though, I recommend a good road bike. I have a really old Schwinn World from the 1980's that thing is way better than the walmart crap you buy in the store today |
