I buy very little meat, but buy mostly fish, cheese, and eggs. I do most of my shopping at Aldi. My daughters go to Sav-A-Lot, which is like a warehouse store.
I eat a lot of peanut butter, and beans. They are good sources of protein.

There is an Aldi's near by. I like their cheeses and some other stuff. Haven't bought any meat or fresh vegetables there. Maybe I'll get some of their yogurt, etc. In fact, maybe I'll just go on down there now.
